The last module will address the concept of territory, with its transformations and emergencies, through the study of its photographic, cinematic, literary, visual and cartographic representations. Following initial lessons of a general nature, that will examine the concepts of narrative, archives and catastrophe, the theoretical framework will be supported by specific contributions by cinema and literary historians and by geographers attentive to the visual graphics of their evolution. This year, the module will deepen the theme of photographic self- representations of Italian landscapes affected by earthquakes, through a workshop with the project “Forza Maggiore”.
